You are required to log-in to schedule badging appointments. If you do not have an account, please click on the Account Login Bar in the upper right corner to create one.

Please note that we will need time to review and approve your request for an account. Please allow adequate time as requests are only processed during office hours:
TAR hours: Monday-Friday, 6AM-6PM

Please note that our normal office hours begin on 10/28:
Monday-Thursday, 6AM-4PM, Friday, 6AM-2PM
Important Notes for Authorized Company Representatives:

When booking an appointment, please note that your account email will be the default email address used for notifications.

You will need to change the "Employee First Name" and "Employee Last Name" fields to the person who will be coming on-site for the appointment (the account holder's name is defaulted in the field).

Once you have scheduled the appointment, you will receive a confirmation via email.

Authorized company representatives are responsible for notifying their employees of the appointment date and time. We suggest forwarding the confirmation email that you receive.

We recommend using GateCheck in HASC to verify all employees are compliant with site requirements prior to scheduling an appointment. See below for instructions.

When booking an appointment, selecting an office is required. Choose from any of the options listed; all offices can issue new badges and vehicle permits.

A list of company names is provided when scheduling your appointment. Please select your company from that list. If you do not see yours, select "Other."
